Worst experience ever on so many levels for so many reasons. The unwarranted additional emotional damages to the victim and their family due to the lack of communication and transparency over a 6 year period until settled and essentially perpetrated by the firm. They were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I did what was asked of me and they did their part with no issues.
