Their commercials make it sound like they're always ready to help accident victims, but that wasn't the reality. I contacted them about my car accident case, and they refused to take it with barely any explanation. The response felt cold and dismissive -- nothing like the caring image they show on TV. Very disappointing and misleading.

I called this firm after seeing their commercial saying they help people hurt in car accidents. I truly believed they cared, but when I reached out, they wouldn't take my case and barely explained why. It felt like the compassion they show on TV disappears once you actually call. Very disappointed and let down during a tough time. I'm very disappointed with this law firm. They didn't take my case seriously at all. I asked multiple times for the reason why my case was refused, but the lady I spoke with just kept saying, "We can't help you," without any explanation. I believe it's because I refused to go through surgery, and they thought they wouldn't make money from my case. Shame on you for running commercials claiming you help people after terrible accidents while turning away those who are really in pain and need support.

I was involved in a hit-and-run accident as a pedestrian and turned to Morgan & Morgan for legal support. While the experience started off promising--they helped me get connected with a doctor and begin physical therapy--things quickly went downhill. After two months, my case manager was changed, which created delays in my care and left me in a difficult position. When the insurance company (Sedgwick) delayed approving my physical therapy, both I and the physical therapy office were frustrated by the lack of follow-up and communication from Morgan & Morgan. The support that was once present had faded, and I no longer felt prioritized or advocated for during a time I needed help the most. Ultimately, they chose to drop my case, leaving me without representation and still in need of treatment. I'm disappointed with how things ended and cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

My son called them for workers comp...he has an emergency situation needing surgery. They do not call back and you never get to speak with anyone. This has held up his surgery because we cannot even get basic questions answered after signing up with them. We call every single day...unbelievable
