I was having trouble with getting surgery on my shoulder due to Workers Comp not approving services. Once I made the call to this Law firm within a day or two surgery was being scheduled. They also made sure my checks was on time and also kept communication line open to answer any questions and I tell you, I had many. If ever looking for a W.C lawyers to help fight for you go no further and call to feel at ease as your healing journey begins. I have been working with Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti. Isabella Roman has been my Paralegal. She has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She kept me aware what is going on with my case all the way through. I highly recommend this law firm and if you are lucky enough to have Isabella as your Paralegal you will be extremely happy as I was. I don't think it would of been the same without her.

I was recommended this law firm by another lawyer who couldn't take my case. They happily took it and managed my case well until the hearing. It was settled 10/31/24 and since then contacting them has been an absolute nightmare. They sent me an app to assist with communication I connected with them and they treated me like I was a joke new case(turns out they told my employer I had a new case). Major confusion there. Tell me to get checked to finalize negotiations. Done. Call back they ask me if I've scheduled my appointment. Correct them and tell them I've already completed it. We go around in a circle 4 times in two weeks of them asking if I've made the appointment and me informing them I have. I've asked the lawyer to contact me as their paralegal is struggling with details. It's been a week 7 phone calls zero information. Can anyone at this law firm give me helpful information?
