This guy is a big fraud. They keep you on a retainer and almost never answers your call or returns call. Incompetent and never explains the situation in detail. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT!! I made a cash offer on their clients house almost 2 months ago.. No inspection, no BS, a cash deal.. And this incompetent slug STILL can't figure out how to do it... Don't waste your money on these idiots... Hire a competent attorney instead.
