I hired Mr. Walsh for a family custody case and unfortunately had a very poor, humiliated experience. Communication was almost nonexistent -- in three months, he responded to only one email, even after I sent important updates and questions. He claimed he would handle communication directly but failed to keep me informed. He called me for the first time the evening before my court date, and when I returned the call, I received no response. In court, I felt unprepared and unsupported. Despite paying $5,000, I saw little to no real effort or follow-up on my case. After ending his services, I was billed an additional $1,500, which he later waived -- but that didn't change the lack of service I experienced. Mr. Walsh may do fine in real estate, but I do not recommend him for family law matters. Family cases require care, communication, and attention -- qualities I did not receive.
