They have successfully represented me with the IRS, as they have an excellent relationship with agents, their documentation and discussions concerning my issues were concluded most satisfactorily. In addition, they prepare my personal and LLC taxes every year with no 'surprises' from the IRS or NYS. Highly recommended. Anything negative reported suggests to me the client was in some way responsible or unreasonably expecting fiduciary miracles when in most cases numbers are, well numbers.
