Make the right choice y'all. I was injured in 2020 for my job long story short I barely spoke to the lawyer he barely contacted me I was not told that I would be reimbursed for money I spent on cabs or rides to or from my medical appointments causing me to go broke then I get a letter after 4 years of trying to close the case stating that my case is closed and I do not want it this lawyer chose whatever route he wanted without my consent without my knowledge now I deal with pain no help and he closed my case and I lost my job due to him prolonging my case being closed and got mad because yes after not being in contact with Rufus I looked elsewhere because the firm never contacted me back since I called in October of last year I was not helped at all and the lawyers will change your paperwork without informing you and clos your cash without informing you and telling judges you did not want a case the lawyer prolonged for 5 freaking years I barely can walk or maintain a job since being put back to work due to pain also fell causing bursitis in my right hip and my neck is lose I wasn't given any proper help I could have been reimbursed from spending my money but yet the lawyer did not inform me about, barley kept contact with me lied to the judge about going over paperwork and we did not and straight up the worst attitude after this person wasted my time I could have really went to a better place and due to him prolonging my case certain things I was obligated to I am not anymore and to top it in October I asked for a new lawyer because he wasn't doing his job to me and no one called me no one reached out not even the person on my case but he stated he did but no voicemail was left and now my after all these years of pain and trying to maintain my mental health and survive this law firm could care less about anyone because if they did someone would have contacted me in October when I called instead of waiting to just close my case without me saying I wanted it closed after all these freaking years of my time being delayed and wasted not to mention trying to close the case to keep my job but nope the lawyer waited 8 months after I asked to close my case in which me a job I could have returned to. Instead of money go after the case for the person I really hate living in pain and now this lawyer has pushed me yet again as if my depression and anxiety weren't already sky high now I don't get paid and lost and wasted money for no reason I can't even keep a job due to pain or the knowing I'll fall if I stay outside too long I've been house bound since the pain hasn't calmed down we need better help this isn't it 5 years of trying to settle my case and this lawyer just throws everything in my face because he did not inform me on everything he should have like reimbursements like I don't have bills.

Words can not express how happy I am with Kevin Rood ! He reaches out, keeps me updated, answers my questions within minutes of an email !!!!! Switching firms was well worth it ! The care and compassion of this firm goes above and beyond. It's been an awful 2 years and having an amazing lawyer makes a world of difference.

When I called Connors and Ferris my call was answered by a polite representative who assisted me with the upmost respect. The respect and friendly nature did not stop there, it carried through to the lawyer who represented me, Brian. Whenever I called or sent an email, my question or concern was addressed in a professional and timely manner. Brian was wonderful to work with, he took my case and represented me, always keeping me updated and informed while using layman words. I would (and have) recommend this law firm and Brian.

My husband misread some medical papers from his Dr. and Jason said he agreed. After I got a chance and read the papers, I seen, as I suspected, that my husband misinterpreted what they said. Needless to say, I was and still am very disappointed that we paid for what we expected to be a professiinal service. Jason clearly did not read the papers. I told Jason of my disappointment and he had someone else call and tell my husband that I am not to contact ever again and that Jason is consideing dropping my husbands case. I guess his ego really got hurt, too bad, do your job! People pay and should be able to trust. Jason was never available when needed and took several attempts and asking us to resend in order for Jason to get papers over to the Compensation office. We are glad it is over and we will not be recommending Connors and Ferris to anyone, rather we will suggest they not go there. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I wasn't sure if I needed an attorney until I spoke with Brian Uhrmacher. He made me feel comfortable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Conners and Ferris.
