Do NOT Hire! God-awful experience: 1. One month+ of weekly, "We'll contact them and see if there was any progress." 2. Permitted buyer to enter without my permission (was showering); they were doing the final walk-through at about 3 pm. I spoke with Paul Notaro at 11 am and he never mentioned that OR that I was expected to be out by 11am the following day. 3. Learned from the buyer's realtor that I was expected to be out of the house at 11 am. Never mentioned that when he called! Never told me they were doing the final walkthrough in 4 hours either. 4. Agreed to give me until 5pm or check would be delayed. I WAS out by 5pm and slept at the neighbor's house. The driveways overlap so whomever was spying on my likely assumed I was still there. 5. Paul called at 11am the NEXT day to confirm I was out. 6. Despite being out by 5 pm, they delayed payment until Monday because they "needed to confirm I was out." Mind you, they never told me to tell them when I was out. 7. Unprofessional and raised voice with me over phone, telling me I was NOT out by 5 pm. * I would NOT recommend.

Stopped in on a Saturday to get advice, on my Uncle's estate I spoke to Paul who seemed very nice. Waited over a week for a call back and didn't receive one so I called him, was told I would hear from Paul and I never did, called again and was told he was with a client and I would get a call back and never did again. I'm not chasing people down. Disappointed because he was recommended by a good friend.

Paul is knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you need someone trustworthy, and diligent for estates and real estate, call him.

Paul Notaro was very helpful, professional and wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions, was very patient and I would highly recommend him.
