As a public defender Elias Farah is horrible. He does not return calls or emails. He does not stick to his word. He was assigned to my husband's case, and he hasn't shown up or contacted him on over a month. No one at his office has answered the phone since I've been calling, 3 weeks now. And no return call on messages I've left, or emails. If he's assigned to you as a public defender, I'd ask for a different one.
