In my review and exploration of law firms in WNY, I came across Gomez Law and instantly felt welcomed and well cared for. Rafael and his team handled two extremely complex cases in which I was rear-ended from behind within months of one another. With a keen sense of NYS laws and regulations, Rafael helped break down and explain the complexities of auto accidents to me. His response time to phone calls, emails, or texts is incredible given that he has his own family to support as well as his full time job as a wonderful and very busy attorney. Perhaps what is most impressive about Rafael as a lawyer is that while he is extremely intelligent, he breaks down laws and regulations into very easy-to-understand terms.
