I am writing to express my significant concern regarding a conversation I had with your front desk today about my case. After I voiced my disappointment with the situation, I was surprised to be informed that I could simply pick up my file to seek representation elsewhere. This was both shocking and disappointing to hear, especially as I chose this firm based on a strong personal recommendation.

I've dealt with my share of attorneys in my life, but this office beats them all--in the worst way possible. Service, work ethic, and performance are nonexistent. Files were incomplete, work was unfinished, and my case was dropped without notice--I found out two months later. If you want your case handled competently and actually finished, stay far away from this office.

I am truly very disappointed with this law office. The secretaries don't even provide good customer service, and I've noticed there's a lack of communication among them. It's been two months since the insurance company for my car accident case called me and sent me a letter saying they had sent my compensation check, and I still haven't received it. There's always a different excuse: the lawyer isn't there, the check hasn't arrived, or various other excuses. They keep telling me to come pick up my check, and I've gone several times, but they never give it to me. I don't understand how they can play with people's time like this. I don't recommend this place, and I would never go back there again.
