I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct and poor handling of my legal case by Redmond Law Firm, located in New York. I retained this firm for a matter originating in Connecticut, and my experience with them has been deeply troubling. Redmond Law Firm accepted my Connecticut case, yet failed to manage it responsibly or effectively. Instead, they transferred my case to another law firm without my clear consent, apparently in order to collect a referral percentage. This behavior raises serious ethical and professional concerns about the firm's priorities and compliance with both New York and Connecticut legal standards. For more than a year, my case remained unresolved, with little to no communication or progress. I repeatedly attempted to contact the firm for updates, but my phone calls and messages went unanswered. The lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. In my opinion, the conduct of Redmond Law Firm demonstrates a disregard for client interests and for the integrity of the legal profession. I respectfully request that your office review their actions, including any potential violations of attorney conduct rules, mishandling of client funds, and improper referral practices. I am providing this complaint to ensure that no other client, especially those from Connecticut, experiences the same treatment I did. I am prepared to provide documentation, call logs, or correspondence related to this matter upon request.

I was involved in a serious accident, unsure of what to do. I was worried, scared, and hopeless. Until I found Redmond Law Firm, they assured me everything will be fine. They made sure they will take care of me and get justice where it is due. I'm happy with all the communication they kept with me and kept me informed of any and all changes.
