I am writing this review of Igor Lipkin Director or Business Development and Monnett Simon Real Estate Paralegal And his Administrative Assistant. Of Moshes Law. I cannot say enough about both of them. Igor Lipkin first got my business after I advertised online. He had great ideas and suggestions for what I wanted to accomplished. He was very knowledgable. He returned phone calls and was extremely personable. After I hired Moshes Law to sell my NY COOP apartment, he handed me over to his administrative assistant Monnett Simon. She got rid of 2 liens that came up during the title search. I was very worried because these were mortgages. She reassured me that they were mistakes, and she succeeded in removing them. I was very relieved. She then worked with me to get me the closing document I wanted. The buyer was happy and I was happy. I would return to to Moshes Law for repeat business in a heartbeat. I am really happy with what they accomplished for me. They cooperated completely in executing everything I asked them to do. I want to thank them for working so closely with me and in a timely fashion.

She made me feel extremely comfortable and walked me through each step of the process with constant check ins. She asked if I had any questions, how I'm feeling, she was extremely organized and patient.
