This firm demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and care after securing my retainer. Their severe lack of communication, dismissive attitude, and failure to act on my behalf directly led to the collapse of my case. I strongly advise against hiring them. The Bait and Switch The initial consultation and sign-up process were fast and easy. They were eager to sign me up and promised diligent representation. However, the moment I became a client, the dynamic completely changed. It felt like I was immediately pushed off and became a low priority. Horrendous Communication and Attitude Communication was an absolute nightmare. * It was nearly impossible to contact them, often taking multiple calls and emails to get a response. * When I finally did get through, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude and given the runaround instead of clear updates or answers. * There was a clear and consistent pattern of failing to respond to critical inquiries and, most importantly, failing to notify me about important case developments. Case Ruined by Negligence The firm's negligence and lack of commitment to my case were the direct cause of my loss. Due to their failure to adequately respond to opposing counsel and to keep me properly informed (or act on my behalf in a timely manner), they completely ruined my case. Their lack of care was astonishing and had a devastating personal and legal impact. Do not hire this firm if you expect competent representation and basic professional respect.

Extremely disappointing experience so far. BEWARE!! I would not recommend this office to anyone. Communication is terrible if they even answer the phone they always have an attitude and want to rush you off for asking about updates on your case. You won't ever see the lawyer he's never in the office and he keeps you completely left in the dark. Chasing after these people while going through surgery and constant physical therapy has been a nightmare.

I don't write reviews but I have to for these pp. When I say they the worst they the worst of the worst they don't even care to fight your case they just want to know they got a percentage and don't try calling them nobody cares to even answer. I go in person cause they not answering the phone all I get is attitude from this one girl that sit one lil corner bro these people are worst trust me this is not coming from nowhere but a honest place
