A lil about my story. I was in a car accident back in January 2023 and my car got totaled. I was referred to Ikhilov & Associates by a friend of mines. He was involved in a car accident a few months prior to me so we both was in the same boat. I gave them a shot and called to set up an appointment. I was assisted by a Paralegal named Felicia Mercado who gave me great services early on. She then passed me to another Paralegal named Aida Mercardo who took over and handle my situation with great professionalism and integrity. She was very trustworthy and communicated with me effectively throughout the entire process. She will have your back and can be counted on. I definitely wanna give a shout out to Ikhilov & Associates as a whole for their services. They provided great hospitality when I first came to the building. All the staff members were super helpful and provided great knowledge when it came to questions pertaining to my situation. They was exceptional with following up with my needs and was always one call away whenever I need to ask additional questions.

Me and two other people went to them after being in an accident but they slowly dropped us one by one. First told my husband they couldn't work with him just to turn around and change their mind. The dropped the second passenger with NO EXPLANATION. And after working with them for three months they dropped me ON THE DAY OF MY FIRST HEARING because I moved out of state a month ago. I have been communicating with them and doing everything they asked but they still dropped me. My attorney tells me it's what her boss wants because HE doesn't feel comfortable working with me. I move a month ago and they waiting this long and on the day of my hearing To leaving me in the dust and tell me they cannot help me. Karma is real and I know it is going to come for this company. ZERO STARS!!!!! Even in your response you can't stay true to your word. You say you do not feel comfortable sharing why you chose not to represent me and tell it anyway. Plus that is a personal opinion. I am sure my new attorney will have no trouble helping me in my situation. P. S. No where in my message does it say where I moved to or from.
