I had a ticket in 2022 because I briefly went into the bike lane. The police stopped me and gave me two tickets: "DRIVE ON BIKE LN - NYC" and "DISOBEY TRAFFIC DEVICE." I only drove into the bike lane because the traffic was extremely heavy at that moment and I was blocking the way. Now, after three years, I was informed that I have to pay almost $300 and I'll get 4 points on my driver's license. I'm completely disappointed. I don't recommend this company!

They are the best! I got a speeding ticket and they were able to reduce it to a parking ticket, which saved me a lot of hassle and points on my license. Their customer service was also excellent very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
