Horrible experience, I booked an appointment at first time in the morning, to make sure I get the first consult of the day. I waited an hour, with zero information about how long the wait would be, other people kept showing up for appointments so the waiting room was packed, with no attorney on site, the first one they let in showed up way after myself, so I left immediately.
On my way out there was folks waiting sitting on the stairs even.
They 100% overbook their time slots, which is very disrespectful for a person's time, the front desk receptionist caught an attitude when I called her out about the delay with no heads up at all.
They advertise a free first consulting, but be aware you'll have to wait probably hours before you get to talk to an attorney, with no assurance of being helpful at all, such a waste of time. Or not worthy of my time at least.
