I came across Mr. O'Halloran, and after our first meet I knew I was in great hands. He was amazing. He talked me through the entire process and if I didn't understand he would explain it for me. He helped me in every part from day 1. He always kept me up to date with everything as well as all the amazing staff. They treated me like family which made me feel safe.
