I got scammed by this Rubinstein Law.found them on Instagram.slip and fall down driveway December 16th 2024.i spoke to one lawyer around a couple of weeks told me she was coming to see me waiting all day.she never called me. Finally talk to receptionist and she's not working there anymore then weeks later a lawyer frank on zoom couldn't see him.talked for a hour didn't let me talk for more than 10 minutes.talked to a assistant Amy and didn't give me any information except we will settle out of court when you're done with all your Dr.appointment.she had a attitude.so I asked for someone else.they didn't have any lawyer assistant so they gave me Cindy .she was a little nicer.but never replied to emails or calls.left messages and no call back fired her and a guy Brain same thing answer 2 calls talk to a Lawyer Steven.he says we have to go to trail.15 minutes then I more time.called supervisor I am not happy with this agency.i am getting the run around.5 minutes later Cindy text me from her text YOUR FIED. I am reporting them to the Attorney General and the Bar Association. I wasted 9 months .oh I found out they are paperless they wouldn't send me a power of attorney for 6 weeks I won't be getting my hundreds of emails photo's text.They refused to give me a building address and a lawyer to go to the Bar Association I don't believe they have a office look at all there reviews in NYS FLORIDA. They are worse then terrible look in the phone book these people are nasty.Go anywhere but Facebook or Instagram and Twitter.Anything one line. A big waste of time.i give them 0 *
