It has been a period of over two years working with this law firm directly following the unfortunate death of my mother. This law firm specifically Ashley Diaz and David Lesch are non-responsive to requests and demonstrate a lack of transparency, while working on the case. There have been multiple occasions where I've been told paperwork was being filed with the court, and then I would later discover that the paperwork was either never filed or filed months later from the date initially discussed. They will claim the court is delayed however in reality they often have not filed or amended documents as requested by the court. One example is when I had to physically fly to NY to provide a wet signature. After providing this signature I was told it was the final step needed for the court paperwork. They did not submit the document despite stating it would be submitted that day. They will state they will update you but do not. After the document was submitted the court issued additional requests and they did not inform me. Additional requests were made by the court about 2 weeks ago and I have been once again unable to reach Ashley or David . When I have requested callbacks and even sent emails I do not receive return calls or responses. These concerns have been shared with both David Lesch and Ashley multiple times via phone and email communication. 2/2/24 there was a discussion in which these concerns were addressed and nothing has changed. There were subsequent discussion surrounding these same concerns in July and October and yet the same issues continue as recently as Friday 11/22/24. The way in which my case has been handled is unethical, there is no timely communication and the law firm flat out lies at times.
