My attorney Jayson Lutzky was awesome!!! Honestly I didn't know a court case can go so smooth and fast lol. Jason lutzky what can I say. Well for one I know you lied to me about 4 times. Lie number one I cant appeal a paternity test order. 2 Lie I cant motion to the judge to change the lawyer of my child for unethical conduct and not representing the interests of the child. 3 That I cant ask for a In Camera hearing with my child and the Judge Lie number 4 You were looking for another lawyer for me when I let you know I knew you was lying that I want to appeal. Ok I will file a report with the state's disciplinary board or grievance committee. For one lying to your client about my capacity to appeal and not informing about even vacating an order or giving other options as your expertise permits. The only thing you told me was not to obey the order. Which would put me at a huge disadvantage with the Judge as you know and could incriminate me. I had to show you that on the order from the judge it clearly says you have 30 days to appeal then you say to me ok ok, but i will find someone to do it. Jayson you tried to wait me out till after the 30 days in my opinion because when I found a new lawyer you then got angry with me talking about "HOw did you find him and did he approach you? Then you start putting in question whether or not you will sign the consent if your BILL wasnt cleared away wowwww.. I thought you were looking for another lawyer to do the appeal now to me it appears as if you gonna hold my consent and my new motion to vacate will now be held hostage to your BILL. Uncle Jayson Lutsky you playing with JR Ewing stop it. Listen if you didnt want to do the appeal just say no, dont lie and say I cant do that I can also vacate an order as well. Also I think you are colluding with the petitioner because you treat and take there calls all the time. I was calling you but you were waiting for the 30 days was over to burn me out of time. Hmmmmmmmm lets see what the referee of the state board or the grievance committee feels about you lying to your client not putting in any motions and trying to stall me out till my 30 days passed. By the way during a hearing before the judge when you had to leave midway thru the hearing to go to another hearing, did you fully charge me because you left halfway through to fend for my case alone. Just wondering. Also When I asked you could I file an appeal the judges order why tell your client no and then tell me I dont have to follow the order.? why not tell me i could motion to vacate or appeal why advise me to be a huge default with a Judge I am sure the referee will have something to say about that. Anyways if you cant do something because you have other high paying clients just say that I would respect that more than you trying to burn me out where my legal options are null and void , i am at a disadvantage of the court and you waste valuable time because Family is First with me . See you with the referee By the Way if you were looking for me a lawyer when i found one on my own why you started to do revenge on me for something you advised after i caught you lying to me. ?

Jason Lutzky, although he could not take my case involving cyber bullying, he went out of his way to speak to me about where to find the right attorney along with the steps I needed to take to begin action on this matter. he was kind, compassionate, thorough, honest and handled my situation with a fountain of detailed information. I am not a client however I found someone who gave me the voice and direction I needed.
