Communication doesn't appear to be within their ability - used their office to close on a property with my fiance recently and it has been like pulling teeth trying to get some information along the way. The actual work seems to be done well, enough so that I was going to forego leaving a bad review, until they dropped the ball this last time. Was told that paperwork I needed was in the office and when I responded asking if someone would be there if we made it by 4:15 (they close at 430, but it being Friday I specifically asked because I know how the end of a work week can be) - I was given a "yup" in response. After leaving work early and rushing over we made it by 4:05 to an empty office. No email or phone call saying that they'd be leaving early after telling me they would be there. That's just disrespecting someone's time, and that's unacceptable. Edited: I'm still displeased with their inability to communicate along the way, but the work was done well and that deserves something. I will be using someone else in the future regardless though, you should be able to keep your client informed along the way.

Had the worst time dealing with my father's estate. Didn't return phone calls. This office didn't fully close out my dead father's estate. Until the court got in touch with me. Then it took months to file simple paperwork. It was the worst experience I've ever had especially with my father passing.

Incompetent, may lose the contract on my house as all of the closing procedures they have not completed or sent to buyers bank, realtor, or buyer. Things that were required in the contract they received 2 months ago are not completed and have stated they are. No one including partners calls you back or responds to emails. Costing me the sale of my house and possible fees to the bank for the buyer. Not impressed. I did business with them when I bought the house 4 years ago. They have seriously gone down hill.

made an appt 2 weeks ago for will, power of attorney. Went to the Binghamton office listed and they moved to Vestal. Didn't mention that when I called. When I called to make sure I could still come, she told me that they don't participate with this legal plan. I said you did 2 weeks ago! She said my mistake, no apology.
