Very good experience with this law firm relating to a Realestate transaction. Everything moved in a timely manner and I was pleased with the work of S. Hoffmann but especially his support staff S. Orlando who was my primary contact. Her responses were timely, her support and feedback were professional and first class.
I called and left a voicemail on June 30th. It wasn't until July 10th I received a call back from intake personnel. I was advised that she would send the information to an attorney. I never received a call back and 11 days later, I received a letter in the mail stating that they were not interested in my case with no specified reason. I would have appreciated the courtesy of a phone call, as I'm sure anyone would. I do not recommend.
I have used this law firm for a few real estate transactions that have gone smoothly and painlessly! I was even mailed a refund check for services not rendered! Extremely satisfied with every aspect of my interactions with them!
