Absolutely awful people. 1.5 years into my work comp claim with an uninsured employer. This firm doesn't communicate, or advocate in any way. Most seems to get ignored. Trying to settle with a malicious employer , this firm has no compassion or empathy. I called last week with frustrations and concerns, also told them my dad is dying with a recent diagnosis of a brain tumor. Jared's parter who doesn't know me, terry, sent letter to judge for Jared to be removed from case after all this time. They said my email sounded "abusive" yet don't recognize the abuse I'm facing at all. Nothing unless said was abusive and everyone I have spoke to agrees. I spoke to a dif lawyer, who had 3 people , switch to him from this firm, for same exact reasons. These people have no heart, only care about money. They put my uninsured claim into 100x more chaos now while I already have no way to pay for anything with employer not being covered. Other lawyers have now told me much different stories then these guys did regarding the process of my claim. If you use this claim be prepared to be ignored about almost everything you ask with the same lame excuses from their staff.

Terry Gallagher doesn't care about his clients he doesn't even act like he wants to help I don't recommend him at all he won't be on your side !!!! he doesn't go and see his clients, he's a public defender but he's not doing much defending. This is what he said to me because I told him his client wanted him to go in and see him .... please find someone else

Terry Gallagher is not worth your time. He truly does not care about clients and is extremely arrogant. Wish I was never transferred to this guy.

I highly recommend Jared Baker. He helped me navigate my disability claim. He is a good listener and compassionate..

I have resantly Used both Jarred and Terry for SSI and for comp purposes.. This firm knows the laws inside and out !! You will never find Representatives that handle a case such as these gentlemen do . Never have I ever had an attorney call me back within 5 minutes whenever I had questions or concerns like these gentlemen do .. Because they actually care of your best interest and will do everything in there power to be sure you are treated right !! GALLAGAR BAKER 5 STAR ATTORNEYS!!
