Be aware !!!!!!! Do NOT spend your money on their services!!!!!! Mr. Perry is very unprofessional and doesn't do anything what he promises. He was fast enough to take our money in 2021 and haven't done anything for 2 years! Reaching him on the phone was absolutely impossible and calling the office was just a waste of time because they all just lie and tell he will call back but he never does. Once he even send us a letter saying that the deposition will take place on the certain day and to take off from work!!! A day before the deposition was suppose to take place we called for the place and time and NEVER heard back from him. After two years we went to ask for our money back and he refused to give it to us!!! AGAIN!!!! Do not use their services you will be played!!!

Last week I called for info of eviction tenant process ,One of the paralegals named "WENDY " picked up the phone and she was extremely impatient and hung up on me that day while I was talking to her. And I called back and asked her why you hung up on me ,She hung up on me again without saying anything. It is so unprofessional . I don't know how this office can maintain longer with this worst customer service with WENDY there . I was reading some other reviews about this office ,Wendy has the same reputation from other customers.

If I could give this law firm below 0 star, I would. This law firm is extremely unprofessional. They took over 2 years to deal with a tenant and landlord situation, and still couldn't get it done while still continuously asking for money. You get no phone calls after paying the money regarding the situation and when you go see them, it was always wait another month, wait another month with no updates. You also don't get to see or talk to the lawyer and the minute you stop using their service, they kick you out. They're extremely disrespectful in person and over the phone, do not communicate well, super impatient, lies, ignores, and always charging us money for every little thing. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and find a different lawyer!

So disappointed. Horrible law office, don't waste your time and money. Before they receive your payment they say very beautiful. But now totally 2 different faces. They never contacted you to update case status. Each time when you call them, they put you on hold, or say " leave phone #, will call you back" , but never call back. I do not recommend this law firm. they conduct poor business!

Update 5years later. I wish I could give negative ratings. Extremely incompetent office. Office Staff: wendy is rude, useless and yells. XiaoYu is soft spoken and will gaslight you. He lies and make up answers that there has been a new law (new law every few months) passed that stopped the case from moving forward, and that he tells you everything is your own fault......being in such a long tenant eviction case has been draining enough for our family and this law office steals your money and traumatizes you AGAIN and for YEARS. Problem is no other lawyer wants to handle your messy case after this office so you are stuck. DO NOT come to this office........................You will never see or talk to the lawyer except maybe the first time when he sells you the service and takes your money. Office is disorganized. You will get no update unless you call repeatedly, then one of the assistants will eventually call you back and explain/update.
