Very good law firm. I would recommend this office. They are profesional and do their job. All of their staff works hard to get things done in the best way.

The staff (I spoke with 2 barely intelligible receptionists that sounded like they were hired based on anything but knowledge, experience) or even the most basic office etiquette. The first receptionist called me to tell me "we don't handle that county". Then after I hung up I realized I had not even mentioned the county. I called back to ask how in the world could they ascertain the county from an email that didn't mention one and someone who sounded like the first receptionist's blood relative sputtered and could not answer my question . I said not to bother and that the firm sounds terribly unprofessional and that I wouldn't want to hire them anyway. If Mr. Bilkis hires receptionists like this I can imagine what his paralegals are like. I would not recommend this firm. They sound like they're working out of someone's garage hiring people off the street who can barely spell their own first name.

Received a call for a consultation & the receptionist does not know how to comprehend "huh , what is that "? I get it's early in the morning but make sure you know what your doing if this is your job

The people who work there are very kind, they listen to you and find a solution to your problems. The best place.

From the very first phone call to Stephen Bilkis' office, the staff was extremely polite and helpful in assisting me. Mr. Bilkis was honest and upfront with me from the beginning in what he projected the outcome of my case would be; in the end we got better results than either of us anticipated. He was very genuine and compassionate in understanding my situation and how this legal matter could effect not only myself but my family as well.
