I have used Pardalis & Nohavicka on two occasions in the last couple of years. The first was a plumber who was lax finishing up a natural gas conversion at my home and now Con Ed who was lax regarding fixing a leak going into the housebox after 3 months of first being notified. After a phone call and letter was made on behalf of the firm both issues was resolved in a prompt matter which is exactly why I contacted Pardalis & Nohavicka. Efficient and highly recommended.

Used them for a Greek citizenship case, never heard from the rep who is handling my account and when I voiced my complaints and my concerns to them the rep told me that none of their clients have any complaints at all. I didn't ask Hara if other clients have had complaints, I simply relayed to her my concerns about the service I've received and wanted to see if they would make pledges to turn the service around. The customer service was no-existent. They were unwilling to work on some of the issues I've had with them with respect to communication. Not entirely professional, and they are a law firm that focuses on various forms of law. Greek citizenship is just one of their areas of practice, and I have used them for other legal representation or council and they did a wonderful job so it's a good law firm. It's just that their Greek citizenship department could use a revamp. They're more focused on some of their other areas of their practice in my opinion. Now I am stuck handling the citizenship matter with the Greek consulate all on my own when I would rather have given them $3500 to take care of it for my wife. It sucks that I'm willing to pay for a service, but they're unwilling to take accountability for their lack of delivery and professionalism.

There is a public and private side to this company. On the surface they have a lot of good reviews, too many as it turns out. I hired them to help me sell two properties in Greece and prepare the contents to be shipped to NY. What they did was entangle me in a situation where I had to keep paying lawyers every month just to speak with their chosen storage company, as they refused to speak to me in English. I was left powerless over my own belongings after spending thousands on hiring these lawyers to protect me. Every time I contacted these lawyers for aid they emailed promising to "look into it". Month after month they did absolutely nothing until they just stopped responding. When they saw my bad review, they stopped ignoring and jumped into high alert. While the lawyers publicly responded to the review by politely asking me to please call the office, outwardly pretending they wanted to help, privately was another story. What they actually did was send bullying messages to my private email ordering me to remove the review down. Interestingly, despite being a law firm, they did not offer to help me, instead putting all their resources into erasing bad publicity from the internet. A public facade is the only thing they have going for them. They never even attempted to undo the dishonest web they wove for their paying client, they only sought to maintain false pretenses in order to procure more money from people like me by manipulating online reviews.

I am extremely pleased with Pardalis and Nohavicka law firm. Destiny helped create the LLC for my Etsy shop and I am now working full time for myself. I will be returning before the end of year for my BOI fillings and LLC maintenance. Thank you for your hard work and helping small start up businesses!
