Charles, Jenn, and the entire team are exceptional when it comes to all things estate-related. They guided my family and me through a long, complex process with unwavering support every step of the way. Their expertise also proved invaluable in facilitating the sale and transfer of a home.

We only used this law firm because it's a benefit through my job. They handled the sale of our home which went smoothly but we never spoke to the lawyer. The legal secretary is only communication we had. When it came time for purchasing our next home the secretary was out of office and we got no response. We called, our agent called , we emailed, our agent emailed no response. Finally got the assistant to answer phone and she said the law secretary handles that, she's sick and will be out for days. The contract needed attention that day. Charles should have at least extended the contract until his secretary came back. The lawyer is unprofessional and unresponsive. I want a lawyer not a paralegal. We had to go with a different attorney's office. Too bad my union chose this law firm. I strongly Do not recommend them.

My office has had several real estate matters (closings) with Charles representing the other side or the bank. He and his staff are highly responsive, pleasant, and most importantly, competent. I am always please to see him involved in a transaction.

Does not ever return a call nor does he ever give you an update as to the progress of the task that he was paid to do. I do not recommend using this business.

Always answers the phone and is very comprehensive of the law. 10-day eviction saved us a lot of money.
