I've contacted dozens of attorneys to seek advice on a complex legal matter that all turned me away or couldn't be bothered with listening to the situation. It wasn't an easy paycheck for them so they passed me off. Frank called me after I contacted the Bar Association for guidance. Although I didn't get the answers I wanted to hear, Frank was extremely kind, asked questions and answered all of my questions without hesitation, without rushing me and without charging me a dime. I have known Frank Ieraci for as long as he has been practicing law but until recently had not had need of his services. I was selling the first home I ever owned (30 years) and needed an attorney who could help me. Not having sold a house before, and with processes and procedures changes in the wake of the pandemic I was a bit anxious at not knowing what I needed to do, what documents would I need to produce, where I'd need to go or knowing how the process would work. Frank set me at ease, he told me what to expect and what I needed to do to get through this. He was supportive when I needed support and was clear and responsive when a couple minor issues arose. He took my telephone calls and responded to emails quickly, always with an attention to details and to the procedures that kept the sale on track and on time. When I needed to be reminded of the next step I would receive a gentle reminder. And when it came to making sure everything was in order and that everything on my end was complete, I knew it was, thanks to Frank. His pricing was fair, instructions to me clear and since so much of selling a house is without direct contact, once my paperwork was submitted to him I needed only wait for the check he sent out after closing. Frank is calm by nature, thorough, competent and ethical, everything you hope to find in a seasoned attorney. I was in the best hands I could have reached out to. Frank has been handling a family court matter for me for a number of months now. He is highly experienced, has a very strong, clearly respected reputation with every court official and judge we've dealt with, and has handled sensitive and auxillary issues for my family, including a dispute with my son's school district, with tact and ease. Updated review. It was an accidental 2 star review. My apologies. Very nice staff and Dan Stevanovic has been more than helpful and knowledgeable with my friend's divorce and my custody case. Glad he's on our side. Frank has a very nice office with very polite employees. Again, there should have never been a 2 star review.
