Rating: My experience with Marocchi Law (Level 5/75 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000) has been a catastrophic failure of professional duty. I entrusted this firm with a serious legal matter and all supporting evidence, yet after more than three years, they achieved virtually nothing. Critical actions such as collecting affidavits and issuing subpoenas were completely neglected. Even a King's Counsel confirmed that the case was nowhere near ready to be presented. Throughout this period, I was repeatedly assured that progress was being made. Then, at the final stage, the firm abruptly abandoned my case, leaving me entirely unrepresented and without the essential documents required to continue. When I went to retrieve my materials, numerous key items were missing and only appeared after persistent insistence, exposing alarming deficiencies in their record-keeping, transparency, and integrity. Particularly concerning was the conduct of Elysia Marocchi, the daughter of the firm's owners, who made the process unnecessarily difficult and obstructed the return of my property and documents. When I raised legitimate concerns and requested accountability, I was falsely accused of being verbally abusive -- a blatant attempt to deflect from their gross negligence. This behaviour demonstrates a fundamental disregard for professional ethics, client welfare, and basic respect. In my opinion, this firm's conduct falls far below the ethical standards expected in the legal profession. They wasted years of my time, jeopardised my case, and breached the basic trust a client should be able to place in their lawyer. Contrary to your statement, several critical documents and evidence were initially withheld and only returned after repeated requests. I have comprehensive text messages and correspondence that clearly demonstrate these facts. Your characterization of my communications as "abusive or threatening" is incorrect. My interactions were professional and focused entirely on retrieving my property and seeking accountability for your handling of my case. The text messages I possess directly contradict your assertions and clearly show that your claims are misleading. the worst lawyers I've ever dealt with. All they care about is money and will over charge for everything and will lie and manipulate you to gain as much monetary gain from you as possible. They lack integrity do not use them ever go somewhere else they are no better than the other side of the law. you will regret it. I'm wondering how they have a google score of 4.4 when it used to be just above 2... so I believe this Google score has been altered or made to look better than it really is which doesn't surprise me from this firm. Their integrity is in the gutter. I'm sure their next move will be to change their name once they have enough complaints from people and word gets around enough.
