We had a tragedy in the family and my former husband passed away. He had done business for years with Kurt Sommer. My daughter and my ex-husband's sister went to the firm to find out if his will was current. They were treated with rudeness by the secretary and legal assistant attending to Kurt's clients while he was away. It was very distressing to my daughter and the executor of the will. They were unable to move forward with taking care of his affairs until we knew where the original will was located. He died on April 6th and today, April 30th, was when my daughter finally received a response that indeed the original will was with Kurt Sommer. I understand being busy but being rude and disrespectful when people are grieving is unexcusable.

I have a dispute with a contractor who likes to change the rules and do as he likes. The issues are complicated, but simpler now that I have documented proof our house isn't built to Code. Jeremy Jones and his cohorts lacked the expertise to properly handle my dispute. The fact they wouldn't meet in person and communications had to be either by phone or email also posed problems, especially as their server would bounce back email sent from my Gmail account. (I've never encountered this issue anywhere else). My 2-page attachment that should have gone with the demand letter was missing. They sent outdated & irrelevant attachments that made me look ridiculous. I would never recommend this firm. A waste of time, energy, and money.

I was having trouble getting my Driver's License reinstated in New Mexico from a DWI that happened almost 20 years ago. Joe Walsh did everything possible to help me and got me reinstated. I couldn't even find any other attorney that would talk to me about this. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that need help with this!
