So a few details on Sidney Childress aka Sid He has the absolute worst engagement I've ever had with an attorney. His understanding of information is at a 4th grade reading level...at best. And if you have tons of data to read through...good luck. Better have a twitter (X) post of information to provide otherwise forget Sid from engaging appropriately. Sid has mannerisms that ooze desolation in conversations...no energy or appreciation for collecting information. Only looks for very specific information that checks fictitious boxes and ENSURES he can easily win. If it takes work to show the baseline and a timeline... Nope, he won't even try. Definitely a participation trophy recipient...

Sid was very helpful with my dispute with my former landlord over the return of my security deposit. He listened to my problem and what I hoped to accomplish, gave helpful advice, respectfully considered my suggestions, and composed and sent a letter that got the landlord to return my deposit without need for further action (which was my ideal outcome).
