The gugginos are slumlords. They let weeds get out of hand at their commercial locations which leads to mice infestations when they decide to cut them once a year. They don't help tenants with anything either. It's always foot the bill to the renter. They don't see how mice would make their way thru these 2 inch cracks. I've asked these people for help for two years now as their building is old and depleted. We have mice making way into the building thru the ac vents. Somehow I'm responsible for pest control even though they refuse to properly seal their building from the outside. Their land lady Gina Brokehart is the worst person to deal with ever. They don't care about anyone's health or safety inside the building.
