My experience with this attorney was highly unprofessional. Instead of maintaining proper professional boundaries, she chose to intervene in matters that were entirely personal and unrelated to her role. I was sent outdated letters riddled with grammatical errors, written in a manner that felt more threatening than professional. This type of conduct reflects poorly on both her credibility and her ability to represent clients effectively. Clear, accurate, and professional communication should be the bare minimum in legal practice.
