A Unicorn - Professional, Reasonably Priced, and Honest Mr. Balderrama was very straightforward and honest during my consultation with him. Though (sadly) he was not a fit for my particular case, he was very upfront and provided me with a variety of recommendations. He will be my go to for anyone in the 806 needing family law assistance.

My case was with Frank Balderrama and now I have to go find another lawyer because I call the office and his secretary or whoever answers the phone tells me all the time that he will call me back and guess what it's been months with no response my advice will be do a good research because this guy needs to start really focusing on his clients better or if he can't handle the work it's better to be honest with your clients and tell them the truth that you are super busy at the moment and look elsewhere instead of wasting people's time.

I had an personal injury case with Balderama. He was referred to me by a friend two years ago. He was doing good but with all his advertising he got overwhelmed with work and he doesn't offer good service. He never returns your calls and the girls at the office never know anything . Even when he is on his office and you call regarding a question he will not take your calls or ever return them . He used to have a schedule on the Carlsbad office were he used to show up every other week for the whole week. Now not even his secretary can get ahold of him. Must be the reason why he got new people at his office they must of got tired of how unprofessional he is. So if you really need help do yourself a favor and find another lawyer and save yourself some headache and avoid to be dealing with rude and unprofessional people.
