I'm giving Will Ferguson and associates a 10 + due to Tina Ruscetti. For about 3 -4 months I had the extreme pleasure of working with her. She's so very kind patient great empathy and always makes you welcome to ask any questions and if she's not sure of the answer she'll find out. It was always so reassuring that if I left her a voice mail she would always get back to me that day. It's hard to find that type of professionalism now a days. Her first question when she'd answer the call was always "how are you today" It wasnt fake it was very genuine because that's who she is. So please if anyone needs the accalaids I've explained about her please call WIll Ferguson and associates. You'll be treated like your the top client . 10 PLUS. ALSO THE front office employee's greet you with big welcoming smiles and ask if you want any beverage..

Al Theil, was our attorney he was amazing! Was very helpful, and took us every step of the way. It was a long process, of course but It was worth it. We did not deal to much with anyone else, but a couple of time we seen assistants they were very pleasant, and helpful also.

Very nice people when you first meet them, they explained details of the case including dollar amounts. We suffered for our accident requiring therapy and still do have back pain to this day. By the end year later this firm collect more than we received, was not concerned how we were feeling or recovering. They were would say if we continued to get medical therapy it was going to take away from the amount we get. What sounded great at the beginning $150k turned out to be $7k. Exact amounts are not correct but listed to show what we worked with and what little received. Mind you we never fully recovered from the accident
