I had the best experience with this law firm , especially with Attorney Michael Georgi. Since the first day I was referred to this office by another law firm I was extremely grateful for how fast and easy understanding everything was. There is no doubt Michael is one of the best lawyers out there, Thank you and I appreciate all the work put in to my case and the success that it had. You can Trust them !

Do not use this firm. They have lousy support staff that does NOT do accurate paper work. First red flag was when I received notices from the paralegal with the incorrect dates of my accident and doctor's appointments. They also say on my settlement for 30 days before processing and the same paralegal Debbie, kept lying to me about when the settlement would be ready. She then directed me to follow up with the bookkeeper who informed me that my file wasn't even sent to insurance for charges to be determined, they had my check sitting with them for a month before moving on it then the insurance company took an additinal 30 days to provide fees. Finally received a breakdown from the bookkeeper after 60 days!! 2nd red flag, I immediately noticed a charge from a doctor who did not treat me under my claim, but they had him on the breakdown to pay him. They also had a lien listed from my insurance company with no specifics to doctors, dates of services, etc. Me trusting the lien was legit, I signed off on the charges. The attorneys never sat with me to verify the charges nor was I provided an itemized breakdown for all the charges. Long story short, after receiving an itemized breakdown from the insurance company, I saw none of the charges was owed to them. I brought this to Laura's attention and she did nothing to assist in correcting the matter. She's ignored a series of emails and phone calls after saying she would look into it then later telling me to reach out to the insurance company. So unprofessional and disgusting to not correct the errors of the staff. Being a former legal assistant I was able to catch these errors and am now in the process of taking actions of getting it corrected.

I was referred to this law firm and I have to say they were very professional in handling my case. Laura was informative, helpful and was always available to answer my questions. I was very pleased with the outcome and thank you Laura for everything!

This is a bittersweet review I say that because I think that the people who own this law firm should pay close attention to the lawyers they hire to represent their law firm. John Gagnon from Rabb Hammel law firm represented me in a case for a automobile accident I was in 4 years ago. Not only did he talk down to me he was extremely disrespectful. He even trashed the secretary Debbie calling her incompetent!!!!! Which I found to be very unprofessional and immature. He was late everyday to court and unprepared with MRI disc which is very important in a case. That's why we lost poor representation and very very disrespectful. It's sad because i really don't think he even cared because he said he still gets paid just not a bonus. I hope Ed and Laura pay closer attention to who they hire because John is definitely making their law firm look horrible!!! The staff is very nice especially Debbie!!!! This case was an easy win much time and money was put into it from what I was told. So i really don't feel like the loser here in fact this law firm lost more. Wow they even have to pay the attorney that lost the case!!!! Which I don't think he really cared anyway!!! So sad!!! Would not recommend this law firm unless they hired a new professional attorney. Very unfair to the clients!!!!
