Richard spent almost hours on the phone with me during the initial consultation, asking questions and going into details. He proceeded to go over all of the documents related to the case and called me that he would be willing to take on this case. Richard would update me frequently with what was happening in the process and he brought the case to resolution. He was also able to get my attorney fees covered, so the settlement paid him so what I paid him was refunded to me. Richard is a very professional lawyer that loves a challenge.
