I had a highly disappointing experience with this firm. While they assisted me in closing a property, their performance was remarkably inefficient and lacking in diligence. I had to repeatedly follow up for updates and exert pressure to ensure the work was completed. Their staff merely updated templates and sent me documents without any proper review, and, alarmingly, they contained incorrect names and addresses. I found their work completely unreliable. In contrast, the seller's lawyer significantly outperformed them, making us appear weak and ineffective. To make matters worse, the office imposed additional fees without prior notice. Overall, this experience was both unprofessional and frustrating!
