Mr Don Craig, part of the Estate litigation team for Archer law, did not do a very good job for me. Mr Craig did not read the information I sent to him prior to forming opinions. He also had an allegiance to the opposing attorney. He did not evaluate the facts presented to him on this case. He already had an opinion formed and an agenda that wasn't necessarily in my best interest. I asked managing partner Steven Mignogna to review my case and he told me to select a new law firm. It wasn't the answer I was expecting. Archer Law had an excellent reputation before they took on my case. I have a much lower regard for the firm now. Consider each member you interview before you select a law firm. It comes down to the individual. Proceed with caution if you select this firm.

I have no idea how they are at practicing law but they gave out a free nail trimming kit at a local event and its the most useful thing ever

Jerry Kulback is one of the best attorneys in the tri state area. He's not that attorney that runs the clock. He handles all his cases on a personal level and gives a clear understanding of what to expect and what the outcome will be. He has been my attorney for over 20 years and my good friend. The Archer Greiner firm is top notch.

Beware! They sent bills for a phone call without first identifying their rate and without any agreement to retain them. They did unnecessary work resulting in a much larger bill than necessary. They cared more about running up a bill than what was best for our family.

We need arbitration reform and arbitrator regulations. There are no valid checks and balances with truly getting a fair, impartial and unbiased process. Arbitrators have more power than a judge. Little to no appeal options with binding arbitration. With no valid checks and balances the arbitration process can portray as a scam. I had asked one arbitrator (a retired judge at this firm) to clarify a potential conflict and concerns of bias. Instead, the arbitrator dismissed the case without a hearing. I would not recommend the American Arbitration Association as the process is not fair, unbiased and impartial as they advertise. I had reached out to vice presidents to get involved with the process and they never even responded. The unfairness is so blatant, the area I was assigned, the AAA administrators do not even provide their own names. It's an ethics and moral issue if you can't put your name on your work.
