I can give him any more stars to rate him because he is an amazing person. In life, sometimes we will go through stories of legal troubles and need a lawyer to protect. Moshe was very affordable and knowledgeable with information. I would hire him again, if the need ever arises in the future. He does take time off for vacation (Jewish Holidays) and is not reachable during those times. His secretary though is available and I found that she is also timely in her responses.
