Beth White was appointed court administrator October 30th 2023. Sept 8th 2023 the day the other attorney filed with Cumberland county nj special civil part she signed with lawyer to be administrator. Oct30 2023. Court appointed Beth white administrator to oversee my deceased mom's stocks that were concealed from the rightful owners by her ex boyfriend I personally have never spoken to,got any email,text message, NoThInG. answered my attorney with yes it completed, That went on for 3/4 months ,then tells the attorney " I had to let someone go,so I'm unsure as to what if anything is done " 13 MONTHS LATER, finally got new administrator, the reasoning Beth white is now a workermans comp judge. Her professionalism is non-existent. Cost the owners somewhere in neighborhood of 60,000 dollars,and not even an apology,nothing. She should get negative . Hopefully whomever appointed her judge will see this and reconsider her as a choice. Malpractice,unlawful, this warrants disbarment from what I understand. At least everyone is safe now from her administrating , just gotta keep away from workmens comp where she's judge

she was really good at first with a POA, so decided to use her for a co Guardian ship. big mistake, took a large amount of money up front. after several calls & stops at her office to follow up kept getting put off. explain to co workers that didn't have much time left, my mother is dieing. and it would be olot harder to get guardian ship for my disability sister. it has been at least 3 or more months, no call backs no nothing. letters were supposed to be sent to family members ETC no one has received anything. I do not recommend this office
