Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland

These past two weeks at Encompass after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome have been some of the hardest, but also some of the most hopeful days of my recovery. When I first arrived, I felt scared, weak, and unsure of what my future would look like. But little by little, with the support of my therapy team and their incredible Staff I'm beginning to feel like myself again. This hasn't been easy. There are moments of frustration, exhaustion, and uncertainty. But there are also moments of joy when I realize I'm doing something today that I couldn't do last week. Those moments keep me going. One of the biggest blessings in this process has been my therapy team and Staff Their patience, kindness, and encouragement mean more than I can express. * They celebrate every small step with me.all the Therapist and Tech * They push me when I want to give up, but always with compassion.(Stacey and Tara) * They remind me that progress may be slow, but it is still progress. * They treat me with dignity, even on the days when I feel discouraged.(Phil) I truly feel like I have a team behind me--one that believes in my recovery even on days when I struggle to believe in myself. I know I still have a long way to go, but I also know I am not walking this road alone. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care provided at Encompass Health. The staff demonstrated not only outstanding medical expertise but also genuine compassion and attentiveness to patient comfort. They went above and beyond to provide a supportive and caring environment. A special thank you to Tim, who made us feel like we were his top priority. His excellent service, from coordinating a seamless transition from the hospital, to providing personalized attention, truly made a difference. I suffered a bike accident which caused Traumatic Brain Injury. Dr Sui was the best! He made me a priority. He spent time Talking with me and encouraged me. Even on my last day when I was scared to go home Dr Sui made me feel like I would be ok and successful. All the therapists were awesome also. Melissa, Stacey, Angela, and Elizabeth. I'm sure that I'm forgetting some. I received excellent care at Encompass! I look forward to popping in down the road to show them how far they thrusted me into wellness! Miss you guys!

I cannot say enough good things about Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital. After my Dad had a stroke, we were scared, and overwhelmed at the challenges we faced. We felt hopeless. From the moment I spoke with the admission liaison, Markie, I was met with encouragement and support. The therapists and doctors were all knowledgeable and compassionate. Every session they were pushing him just enough to make progress, without pushing his boundaries and allowing him to feel discouraged.. Their positivity was instrumental in his l recovery. He raved about the meals! The rooms are clean and the staff is so nice! They uplift and inspire their patients. Thanks to this amazing team, he's regained strength and confidence! If you or a loved one ever need rehabilitation, this place can't be beat!

Everyone at Encompass was compassionate and kind. In addition, they were very professional. Tim and his team, including Patrick, went out of their way on several occasions. My family and I were quite confident in the care my brother received. The Doctors, Nurses and Aids were all terrific. In addition, the meals and kitchen staff were excellent. I would highly recommend Encompass. Joe Bogle
