Worst lawyer in the history of NJ.I broke my foot on apartment grounds, I fell into a hole. Apartment complex is responsible for my safety. I was out of work for over 2 months. I broke 2 bones in my foot. I was in a cast then a walking boot and as of today my foot still hurts and is swollen 6 months later, my foot isn't fine. It will never be 100%but this lawyer doesn't think a broken foot is significant enough for a case. Maybe I had to get my foot amputated, that might be significant enough. Even the investigator disagrees with the lawyer,he told me he was wrong. Please go elsewhere. Don't waste your time with him which i did. I'm not even sure if he has a degree, he probably bought his degree online. Maybe Cracker Jacks. :Edit: i love it out they try to defend their decision too. Drs aren't always right and lawyers aren't either. I still have discomfort in my foot.i probably developed Arthritis in my foot now. still black and blue. Dr fabricated the report and lied. Breaking your foot isn't that serious I guess. I need to have surgery,be in a wheelchair, be crippled and have permanent damage to have a case lol gotcha!The fact is i fell and broke my foot in my complex and I had to pay for my medical bills, that seems fair and pain and suffering is ok too.Even his own people within his law firm said that he was wrong. Everyone can't be wrong and he's perfect.After 6 months, he tells me he won't pursue my case, 6 months? Lol way I see it,he doesn't care about the person. Just cares about the money and with me not needing surgery, probably wasn't worth it for him. It's not that I don't have a case, I don't have a big money case. It's all about money. Surgery boosts the settlement drastically. He was hoping for the worst case scenario with me.Hoping i needed surgery lol I wasn't hoping for that.He should be embarrassed.Think about this. Sometimes people with no degrees is smarter than people with degrees,think about it. I still deserve something. I have other lawyers so no biggie!

I highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need. Martin, Greg and their staff were the most professional, attentive, kind and courteous people I have ever dealt with on a business platform.
