Very rude and unprofessional, I was very disappointed during my consultation. Withing the first 5 mins , and I was there for 15 minutes , I was spoken in a way that felt dismissive, insulting and unprofessional got so many insults. Comments like, 'Don't come in here playing stupid,' and 'You are a grown woman; you can do that yourself,' felt harsh and unnecessary. While I understand the importance of being realistic, I believe it could have been communicated in a more respectful and constructive manner.
