Mr. Gluck follows up on his calls and is concern about future clients. Though I will like to share experience that was not the same with his associate: Had appointment with Sarah Foy, Esq which went well. She advised she will reach out to me in a few days, once she spoke with her associate. Three weeks have passed since our meeting and no phone call as she stated. If she cannot follow up with a simple phone call - her action shows she is not dependable or a person of her word . If you can't get a response from the lawyer when looking to hire her; she's not worth your time or money to consider to represent you. I gave Mr Gluck 4 stars for he established the firm and my initial interaction with him was extremely positive for he took time to listen to the situation. He followed up with a second call; after checking his calendar to see if he could clear some time to meet with me. He was unable to meet with me and had Ms Foy, esq fill in for him.

We recently used this firm for a closing, and between our mortgage lender, flood insurance company and everything in between, Jim and Nicole were the glue that held everything together. They went above and beyond to help us navigate a very chaotic closing and provide not only expert legal guidance but also educating us on the process. I work in the customer service industry, and it's rare you find me writing reviews because I have very high standards, however the level of service here is top notch and I would highly recommend them!
