Mr. Romanowski exceeded my expectations as he successfully helped me fight off the demands of my ex-spouse and her counsel during our divorce. Throughout the process, he was always very professional and provided me good sound advice. After having consultations with other attorneys, I selected Curt because of his straightforward and direct approach to my legal situation as well as his experience and knowledge of the laws and processes. He was always very patient with me when I would bring him a list of questions and concerns that he would clearly explain and address. Mr. Romanowski and his office staff were very responsive to my calls and emails.
I am very happy with the outcome of my divorce thanks to Mr. Romanowski and his staff.

Curtis Romanowski is one of the most talented trial lawyers I have ever met. I knew he was good from word of mouth, but not certain until I witnessed it through my own trial/eyes. I had a DV trial pursuing a TRO to an FRO with Curt as my council. I've never seen such attention to detailed payed to every testimony and report like Curt exemplified in my case. It was like he was a musician listening to the keys and orchestrated his own symphony when came to his cross examination and closing statement. It couldn't have been more perfectly timed. Of course, this comes with communication and honesty with Curt. Telling him every very detail that you could possibly remember helps more than you can imagine. Curt knows how to apply these little details to your advantage and leaves you more that just content. He cares about his clients and wants justice for them. That's something you can't find often these days.

Curt was spectacular during my divorce experience 10 years ago. Not knowing what was going to happen and the process, he walked me thru it every step of the way. Even when we had to have an emergency, next day court session, he didn't hesitate and said he will be there. He was always prompt, social, relaxed and organized. I couldn't have asked for a better divorce lawyer, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Choosing a lawyer for a family matter is a very stressful decision that everyone hopes to avoid. Your family is the most precious thing you have; and family court decisions can affect you and your loved ones for life. Curt's approach starts with listening very carefully to your concerns and expectations, because this is your case and you set the target. Then come the meticulous preparation work and the court appearances where you will observe someone fighting for you. Finally, when time comes to get the truth come out, Curt's cross-examination skills are amazing. If you need to protect your family, you have to choose the best support. And I would do the same choice again.

To find a Middlesex County attorney I searched the internet to find someone with (a) 20+ years experience in the county, (b) an author in law journals, and (c) an instructor at a law school or law seminars. I then interviewed multiple attorneys and chose Curt primarily because (a) he genuinely listened to my concerns and (b) he provided a general plan designed to meet not only my end goals but also to have the divorce process conducted in the non-confrontational manner I desired.
After our initial meeting we had numerous meetings both in his office and via phone. He quickly responded to my phone calls and emails throughout the entire process.
My ex-wife's counsel was often aggressive during the negotiation process by presenting custody, visitation and financial terms which were completely unacceptable to me. Each time Curt successfully refocused the discussion to the facts of the case and case law applicable to our situation. It was clear to me Curt controlled these meetings.
My case was resolved moments before the trial was about to begin. The terms of the agreement were basically the terms I told Curt I wanted during our initial meeting. I attribute this success to Curt's extensive experience, knowledge of both written law and case histories, and interactive/communication skills.
In retrospect I was blessed to have had Curt represent me. If you are seeking counsel I urge you to sit with Curt and evaluate him. Then compare that meeting with the meeting you had with your other prospective choices. I suspect your decision for representation will then be very easy.
