EXCELLENT; would definitely recommend. Went there with my mom to help her handle matters after my dad passed, since Mr. Russo's firm was "in network" with my dad's legal plan and he had handled matters for my parents in the past. Mr. Russo was very kind and thorough, and he gave great advice when my mom had decisions to make. When my mom went back on her own to pick up her updated paperwork, she described the exact same kind of interaction with him. He takes his time with his clients, which is kind of important when you're talking about legal matters. Someone mentioned in their review that he's old school - they may have said it because of all the stacks of paper around the office...but he certainly knows his stuff, and I'm guessing he's got a system for managing it all! In a similar vein, I would simply caution that certain things (such as will updates) might take several weeks, simply due to the volume of work they have, so plan accordingly.

I had a SERIOUS legal issue in 2016. Mr Russo walked me through the entire process and in the courtroom it was like watching a movie.. or watching a master chef... just observing someone who is a master at their craft. And he knew everyone in the court room.... not to schmooze them but to get them to do whatever it was he was talking about and needed them to do. Watching him in his office talk on his voice recorder... all the stacks of papers... . Mr Russo is an amazing individual.
