Bill Lane did a great job on our malpractice suit regarding my father's death which traced back to mistakes in a surgery 30 years ago as a major contributing factor! Due to the length of time passed, unavailability of complete records, inability to depose all who participated in the surgery we were capped by NJ state law - but - Bill was able to negotiate a settlement within $12k of the cap! Bill was very up front with the reality of our case and set our expectations well from our first meeting and agreeing to take the case. It took almost two years, but we got the result we wanted and feel we were able to get some justice for our father in holding the hospital and surgeon accountable.
