I was a victim of consumer fraud by one of the largest consignment companies of sports collectibles and memorabilia on eBay, based in Lyndhurst... I am the plaintiff in an active consumer fraud case file in Monmouth County Superior Court (Devaney v. CIRCLE BMW Case No: MON-DC-6818-25) against Circle BMW, their general manager Laura Fluor, and their VP/General Counsel/Center Operator and majority stakeholder in Circle Autogroup Thomas Defelice 3. The Lueddeke Law Firm represents these defendants. After I filed formal complaints with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and the BBB- both protected activities under NJ state and federal consumer protection laws- Ronald Lueddeke Jr. filed a retaliatory countersuit AGAINST me for defamation, specifically citing those protected reports. This is not only inappropriate, but may violate the Rules of Professional Conduct. As a result, both Ronald Lueddeke Sr. and Ronald Lueddeke Jr. have been formally reported to the NJ Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE). This includes evidence of potential misconduct related to their filing, communication tactics, and removal of regulators from discovery-related emails. All of this is now part of the public record. The court has already issued a trial date (8/28/25), and I continue to pursue legal and ethical accountability.
